321 Construction is a fully licensed and insured general contractor founded in 2016 by Titusville natives, Lee Johnson and Fred Dicke. Built on a passion for changing the status quo, Lee and Fred grew the company by delivering a consistent quality product that exceeded the typical “builder grade” standard. With over 40 years of combined experience, they pass their knowledge onto their team to ensure every remodel and repair is done correctly. 321 Construction is proud to employ the best tradesmen in their field. Each employee has an extensive background in their field and undergoes continual training to ensure the best quality in a safe environment.
321 Construction has completed several residential and commercial remodeling projects. Its’ most notable project was the remodel of River Lanes Bowling Alley, Bar and Grill in Titusville, FL. There is no project too big or too small, which is why we have recently expanded our operations to offer home and business repair and maintenance services.
